Uruaguay Legalized Marihuana

On 10 December 2013 Uruguay became the first country in the world to legalize the sale cultivation and distribution of cannabis! As Uruguayans what we can say...!! Freedom of choice should be a fundamental choice something like a plant can't be prohibited mother nature bring it for us is our responsibility to use it with caution and conciousness.
